K&N Black Synthetic Universal Cone Air Filters - K&N has added a line of universal air filters with black colored filter media made with their Dryflow non-woven synthetic material. These filters unlike traditional oiled cotton filters do not require oil.
The black Dryflow filter media is supported by wire mesh on both sides to help provide durability and strength. Cleaning the filter is extremely easy using K&N’s synthetic filter cleaner (99-0624) and cleaning only needs to be performed when the wire mesh starts to disappear under the dirt.
