High-precision machining that prioritizes performance
We pay close attention to the processing precision of the cylinder, achieving a surface roughness of 0.2 microns and 2/10000 mm for both aluminum and steel cylinders. Furthermore, honing treatment is also performed to increase the surface accuracy and roundness inside the cylinder to specified values. It is extremely rare to find a damper manufacturer that performs the same processing on all cylinders as this precision engine.

Adoption of GReddy spring
Contains vanadium, a metal additive, to withstand intense expansion and contraction caused by sports driving. This maintains high strength and heat resistance, making it resistant to "sagging" and exhibiting stable performance even after long-term use.
